Dr. Gazazyan is the founder and director of “Dantistoff” Dental Clinic, a chain of four clinics and a modern lab. Including administrative staff, Dantistoff employs over 100 people. The company provides highly-skilled, advanced dental care based on global standards and best practices in dentistry.

The “Dantistoff” medical team is engaged in research and development, as well as providing the widest range of dental services. They have designed innovative technologies, which are not yet available at other dental clinics. Specialists use computerized diagnostic processes, computer-based dental treatment and prosthetics, digital radiography, the latest pain management strategies, dental regenerative and other innovative materials. The clinics use unique, specialized computer programs that stimulate the patient’s oral cavity and help the dentist determine the diagnosis and treatment in a more efficient way.
Before founding “Dantisoff”, Vardan served as Chief Doctor in two dental clinics. He is a Candidate of Science in Dental Medicine from Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry.

Mr. Tulayev is the founder and the head of “Tulaev-Park” company. The company produces metal structures and products. It implements research and design projects in the field of natural and technical sciences. At present, the company is working on systematization and automation of its processes for scaling and packaging the franchise.
Tulayev has run a production company for more than ten years. In 2017, he received a patent for innovative development of RMP-technology (a reconfigurable modular panel). At present, his company has three invention patents and two patent applications. For the last three years, he has been the head of the project for the development and implementation of RMP-technology in industries.
Previously, Mr. Tulayev served as Director of “TMPK” Company and “Rosstroykomplekt” Company. He studied Management of Social and Cultural Activities at Volgograd State Institute of Arts and Culture.

Open World Delegate Mr. Kosarev
Director and business owner, Mr. Kosarev manages several business projects, including the Laika SMM agency and an internet marketing business. Clients are developers (promotion of 200+ residential complexes in Russia and the CIS), mobile operators (Tele-2, Rostelecom, MegaFon), and shopping malls. Kosarev is responsible for human resources, attracting new customers, making presentations, and managing business finance.

Previously, he served as director for “Social Technologies” Company and as a project manager for the Volgograd Chamber of Commerce. He has a graduate degree in management for the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and degree in management from Volgograd State University.

He met leaders of Russian companies and participated in the life of the Russian e-commerce community (conferences, workshops, case studies, etc.).
